Meet 37-year-old Nina Peterson, a sugar baby who has made more than $1 million but never paid for a single penny of her body enhancements.

She's had sugar daddies spend more than $100,000 on cosmetic surgery, including increasing her boob size from 34C to 34H, because she wants to look like her idol, Jessica Rabbit.

Her two youngest children (of four) are delighted by their mother's career choice as it allows them to go on expensive holidays and receive lavish gifts from their mother's sugar daddies, who they call 'Santa'.

The youngest, Juliana, 9, said: "He [sugar daddy] takes her on boats and helps her when she has trouble with money - Mom has promised that the next time he takes her on a boat she is going to take us.

"I hope mom marries Santa."

It's hard to imagine that this is actually somebody's life, but each to their own...

Peterson claims the lifestyle has allowed her opportunities she would never have had before, previously working several part time jobs just to make ends meet.

Now she gets given $200,000 Maserati Quattros and lives in a near-mansion with a pool in Florida - all paid for by her sugar daddies.

Her surgeries have cost nearly $100,000 and include three nose jobs four boob jobs and regular cool sculpting and microdermabrasion.

She says her boobs now weigh around eight pounds each - so about the same as a new born baby.

But it's not all glitz and glamour. In fact, Peterson says her luxury job can actually be quite stressful.

She said: "I have to work hard and sacrifice my personal needs because if your daddy expects something you have to deliver. I manage his home and make sure we hire the right staff - I'm basically his personal assistant."

Peterson knows that this life can't last forever and hopes to open her own 'sugar baby academy' where she can teach girls how to be the perfect sugar baby.
