Lad Spots 'Eerie Spirit' In A Selfie He Took In A Pub

Now and again a picture of what people think is a ghost will go viral, because this is the internet and people believe everything they're told.

Usually, it's just a picture in a dimly lit room, with the flash bouncing off something, creating a figure that slightly resembles a human spirit.

Gav O'Hagan, an unsuspecting lad from Ireland, reckons he has spotted an 'eerie spirit' in the background of a picture of him and his girlfriend two years after taking the snap.

The Irish Mirror reported that Gav had to get his phone repaired, so he backed up all of his photos to iCloud. When adjusting the brightness on this specific picture, he spotted the 'ghost'.

He said: "I have this picture that seems to be of a spirit in a pub in Dublin.

"The picture is of me and my girlfriend but it was dark at first so I brightened the contrast and this appeared behind us.

"I was in Whelan's in Dublin at a Gavin James gig and took the selfie with the front-facing camera so it came out dark.

"I didn't really pay much attention to the picture until my my phone broke and I accessed my iCloud and I brightened it up and saw it - it creeped me out."

It might just be me, so, please, correct me if I'm wrong - but is that not just someone using their phone?
