Travis Barker Was Once In a Plane Crash That Killed Everybody Else On Board

Travis Barker has just proposed to Kourtney Kardashian after dating her for several months. The two appear to be inseparable and she was even with him on the first flight he took since a tragic accident he had years ago.
Despite the short period the couple were dating before the engagement, Kardashian and Barker have actually known each other for over a decade. They first met when Barker was dating Paris Hilton in 2006 and Kim Kardashian was working as Hilton's assistant (hard to imagine, right?).
In 2017, Barker reportedly moved into the same gated community in Calabasas as Kourtney Kardashian and the two bonded over their kids. Barker even appeared in Keeping Up With The Kardashians with his kids, who came over to play with Kourtney's kids.
They officially confirmed their relationship shortly after Valentine's Day this year and the Blink-182 drummer popped the question on 17th October.

Barker was with his security guard, Charles Still, and assistant, Chris Baker, as well as the two pilots. Barker was the only one to survive, but he didn't come out unscathed.
Reports say he had third-degree burns on 65 per cent of his body and he spent months in and out of hospital and rehabilitation centres.
He revealed in 2015 that the countless operations, skin grafts and the sheer trauma of the crash took a toll on his mental health, but that his kids gave him hope.
In August 2021, Barker boarded his first flight since the accident. He and Kardashian took Kylie Jenner's private jet to Cabo San Lucas in Mexico. He'd previously dropped hints on social media that he "might fly again."
