According to the cult shoe brand, they’ve received hundreds of requests for pet-friendly shoes over the years, and ‘Croctober’ felt like the right opportunity to give the people what they want.
The new collection is in collaboration with BARK, a leading dog toy brand and pet product subscription service. With the team's expert help, Crocs have launched two styles of pet booties and they've gone down a treat on TikTok.

Dog owners have been excitedly sharing unboxing videos of the stylish booties with their pooches taking them out for a spin - and it’s a sight to behold.
From pugs and dachshunds to labradors, dogs across the country have been learning to walk in the swanky footwear with some interesting results.
In one video, TikToker @christinakirkman says she ‘feels ill’ because the booties are 'so cute' but admittedly struggles to get all four of the shoes on her Dachshund (even treats didn't seem to help). In the comments section, followers expressed their happiness over the collaboration.
One social media user wrote, “I will simply wear Crocs if I have matching ones with my dogs.” Another added, “Those are seriously the cutest thing I’ve ever seen.” But one follower pointed out that the dogs looked ‘embarrassed’ as they refused to wear them on walkies. Crocs aren't for everyone.

The Pet Crocs in question are now available on the official Crocs website with two glow-in-the-dark colourways to choose from: Green Slime and Pink Dragon Fruit. They have adjustable velcro fastenings so that they’re easy(ish) to put on and take off with three sizes to choose from, depending on the breed of dog.
