Timothy Treadwell seemingly predicted his own death

Timothy Treadwell and his girlfriend, Annie Huguenard were mauled by a bear during a camping trip, and little did the couple know, it was seemingly predicted by Treadwell himself.

Back in October 2003, Treadwell, who was nicknamed the ‘Grizzly Man’ due to his adoration for bears, was returning for his yearly tradition of flying out to Alaska.

The documentary maker had been making the trip out to camp with the bears every summer for 13 years.

However, this was the year where it would all go wrong and even Treadwell had seemingly predicted how he would die in a video he'd captured earlier.

During the camping trips, Treadwell would play with and touch the bears as he believed he was one of them and they were just simply misunderstood.

Apparently, he was repeatedly warned of the dangers by his family and friends - but it didn’t stop his annual visits.

However, just hours before the couple were due to fly back home via seaplane, he was mauled to death - before the bear turned on Annie and killed her also.

The Grizzly Man recorded his final moments which provided six chilling minutes of his screaming for Annie to ‘hit the bear’.

One thing he screamed to his girlfriend as he was being eaten alive was: “Get out here! I’m getting killed out here!”

Will Fulton, their taxi driver, would find the couple’s remains just hours later which included a collapsed tent, unopened snacks, a finger, an arm, Treadwell’s skull and part of his spine attached.

Later, a documentary of the couple’s story, titled Grizzly Man, would be told through pieces of clips the bear enthusiast would capture.

But little did anyone know, Treadwell himself seemingly predicted how he would die.

In a clip posted to YouTube, it shows Treadwell talking to his camera in the wilderness where he thanked the bears for allowing him to get close and to become part of the pack.

But he also warned that he would ‘die’ for the bears.

Treadwell stated that ‘God would be vey, very pleased with me’ for the work he was doing with the animals and felt that he was ‘one of them’.

He added that it made him feel ‘good’ about himself and that he wants to continue his work.

He warned, staring directly at the lens: “But if not, be warned, I will die for these animals.

“I will die for these animals. I will die for these animals.”
