While many of us may be guilty of only getting around to tucking into our bowls of cereal well past noon, it's clear one bio-hacker would never do anything of the sort.

Instead, the 45-year-old tech mogul has revealed he has his final meal at 11.00am all in the hopes of achieving an 18-year-old’s body.

Bryan Johnson clearly won't stop at any costs to fulfil his desire for eternal youth and has even forked out as much as $2 million a year trying to de-age himself, which incudes getting injected with the blood of his teenage son to reverse his biological age.

Johnson, who lives in California, has dedicated his life to following a rigorous daily routine which he says has given him the heart of a 37-year-old, the skin of a 28-year-old and the lung capacity and fitness of an 18-year-old.

According to Johnson, if you're really serious about turning back the hands of time then you've got to get all your eating done a whole hour before the clock strikes noon.

Yep - that's right - gone are the days of late-night noodles, cold leftovers and midnight snacks.

Instead, Johnson swapped out the evening time bites for a mix of a slightly alternative meal comprised of 18 different vitamins and supplements.

Such include hyaluronic acid, turmeric and taurine.

It's definitely not your average meal prep idea.

One person, Martina Markota, reached out to the health guru to quiz him on his day-to-day regime, namely whether he actually consumed all his food before the clock even struck noon.

Along with a screenshot of Johnson's dinner list, she tweeted: "Is this a typo? Can you clarify?"

Johnson replied, confirming the information in the rundown was in fact not a 'typo' and was actually true.

He wrote: "My final meal of the day is at 11 am. I eat between 6-11am."

While it may come as a surprise to some, those who know about Johnson and his health-conscious lifestyle would know he's a big advocate of 'time-restricted eating' which is also referred to as 'intermittent fasting'.

And it's not just his diet that Johnson is strict about.

The health guru confirmed the news on Twitter.

His lifestyle also includes starting the day at 5.00am, exercising for at least an hour a day and hitting the sack at precisely 8.30pm every night wearing blue-light-blocking glasses, lasering away skin sun damage, 'placating' the vagus nerve (to control stress) with a clip on gadget and zapping his pelvic floor muscles with electromagnets.

In fact, he is so confident about his lifestyle that he even announced he could beat death itself, telling the Daily Mail: "I currently have no plans to die."

Well, I'm not sure how many of us do but hey ho.
