Conor McGregor dressed up as Steve Jobs as part of a new ad campaign. Check it out:

The UFC fighter went full tech mode for the clip, which parodies the late entrepreneur's famous Apple presentations.

Wearing the obligatory black turtleneck shirt and round, silver-frame glasses, McGregor spoke about his new whiskey product as uplifting music played out in the background.

He says: "Ladies and gentlemen, every once in a while a revolutionary product comes along that changes everything.

"In 2018 we introduced Proper No. Twelve Irish Whiskey, a rich and smooth blend of triple distilled malt and grain aged for four years in bourbon barrels."

The Notorious goes on to describe the product as 'liquid gold', boasting that it 'changed the way we drink whiskey' - the kind of lofty claims you'd expect from a tech presentation.

He continues: "Well now we have a new revolutionary product. This is Proper No. Twelve Irish Apple, a blend of award-winning Proper No. Twelve Irish Whiskey with notes of crisp and juicy Irish apple."

As a fake crowd claps in the background, McGregor says the product is the result of 'comprehensive drinking research and development' by the company's 'fine distillery workers' alongside 'executive decisions' made by the team.

"Ladies and gentlemen, there is no other apple liqueur that tastes like this," adds McGregor. "It's a bit of Irish apple magic that can only come from a story distillery.

"And with several convenient bottle sizes, Proper No. Twelve Irish Apple is now available for weddings, funerals, fight nights and a round of shots for the entire pool.

"Best of all, ladies and gentlemen, it's on the shelves right now - just in time for St Patrick's Day. How do you like them apples?"

The skit has gone down a treat with the fans, with one person writing: "This is superb. Thought your acting skills had peeked with the 'Irishman' BT Sport promo. I was wrong.

"Congrats on the new product and good luck with it."

Steve Jobs sadly passed away in 2011.

"Fair play, that’s a great ad," said another, while a third added: "Undefeated and undisputed in the liquor game."

A fourth chimed in: "I thought you bought a tech company. But you just added apple to your whiskey."

Others were busy coming up with puns, including Conor McJobs, Mystic Mac and, a personal favourite, Steve Jabs.

McGregor's whiskey brand, which has added millions to his net worth, was officially launched back in 2018.

The following year, he gifted a bottle to an unlikely friend - Vladimir Putin - although we're guessing the Russian president won't be getting a sample of the new product anytime soon.
