Tyson Fury Says He Would Pay For Mike Tyson To Punch Him In The Face

Tyson Fury says he would pay good money for Mike Tyson to punch him in the face.

Fury was a guest on Piers Morgan’s new Uncensored television show, where they discussed boxing, his retirement, and Tyson’s plane incident with a fan.

Footage of an incident involving Tyson and an overzealous fan on a plane emerged last week, showing the fan seemingly prodding and harassing the boxing legend.

Tyson was then seen responding with a few hooks to the man who was left stunned and battered.

Fury had his say on the incident, claiming that Iron Mike would have had to be antagonised to act how he did.

Fury told Piers Morgan: “Mike Tyson is a real O.G. and you can't mess with Mike because you don't know what he's going to do.

"The fun police will be on Mike to get cancelled but how long can you prod a lion with a stick?

"He's not the man you want to prod.

"If he's man enough to prod Mike Tyson, touch him and abuse him, then man up and take a punch in the face.

“He should be paying Mike. Now he can say he's been punched in the face by a legend.

“I'd pay for that myself."

Quite a few people would be willing to pay to see how that would go down.

However, it seems Fury’s boxing days are behind him after he hinted at retirement following his victory over Dillian Whyte at Wembley Stadium.

The boxer, who is undefeated with a record of 32-0-1, floored Whyte in front of 94,000 fans.

Following the fight, Fury said: “I think this is it.”

Fury reiterated that stance on Piers Morgan Uncensored maintaining he would be hanging up his gloves.

He said: “This is the truth, the gospel truth, nothing but the truth. I'm done. I’ve still got my brains, I can still talk.

“I’ve got a beautiful wife and six kids. I’ve got umpteen belts, I’ve got plenty of money. Success, fame, glory.

"What more am I doing it for? Boxing’s a very dangerous sport. You can be taken out with one punch, and it only takes one unlucky blow and you may not get up off that canvas.

“Every good dog has its day. And like a good Roman leader said, there will always be someone else to fight. When is enough, enough?”

With Fury’s retirement confirmation and Iron Mike long retired from professional boxing, fans will have to book the fight in their heads instead.
