Peter Colville's tragic death during a 'luxury pirate ship' excursion was disgracefully handled, according to eyewitnesses.
The 60-year-old was holidaying in Alanya, Turkey with 10 family members at the time, including his kids and grandkids.
On July 27, they boarded the Legend Big Kral together, an entertainment vessel mixing snorkelling opportunities with a foam party. Approximately 600 others were on the same cruise that day.
Having stopped at Cleopatra Beach for the trip's second swim, the property maintenance boss went missing.

Eventually, an unconscious Colville was located face-up in the water, with 'unbothered and clueless' workers hauling him back onto the boat.
Per SWNS, his daughter Nakita claimed the barman declared her father dead before staff covered Colville's body with a towel.
But over on Tripadvisor, Legend Big Kral reviews from the day reveal the true extent of this messy nightmare.
"He was laid on the deck – and then nothing," wrote one fellow traveller.

"No proper procedures, no clearing the deck from onlookers, no immediate CPR. A crew member looked into his eyes and declared him dead."
Somebody else shared: "After the lifeguard came to take the guy away we were simply told the emergency was over and they continued to play loud music and try to sell more photos."
A third person declared the staff's treatment of the situation 'nothing short of horrifying'.
"It is unsafe, unprofessional, and the crew is neither trained nor emotionally capable of handling emergencies - or tragedies. A man died. And they carried on like it meant nothing," they added.
According to the UK Maritime and Coastguard Agency, pleasure cruises 'carrying in excess of 100 person' should be fitted with defibrillators, yet the Legend Big Kral wasn't.

Recounting the horror of that day, administrative assistant Nakita said: "One of the other guests began giving CPR while the crew members just stood there with their arms crossed.
"Other guests were screaming and crying, my family was hysterical. We were living the worst moments of our lives but as soon as we were taken off, the crew just apologised to guests because the foam party was delayed, I've been told.
"My dad was the loveliest dad and grandad and he deserved to be treated with respect - and he wasn't.
"We can't say it was the company's fault that he died, but maybe he could've been saved - and how it was dealt with was awful."
