Hero Lad Saves Wife From Istanbul Terror Attack

A journalist saved his wife from the deadly terror attack at Istanbul Ataturk Airport yesterday.

Steven Nabil and his partner were travelling through the city on their way back to New York after their honeymoon when the terrorists struck.

He explained what happened through a series of tweets:

The attack on the airport killed 36 people and injured more than 140 others, according to officials.

They also claim that three terrorists began shooting at members of the public inside and outside the terminal. They then blew themselves up after being shot at by police.

BBC reports that Turkish Prime Minister, Binali Yildirim, said that the early signs pointed to ISIS - but as it stands no-one has claimed responsibility for the attack.
