A woman has given birth to the heaviest child ever delivered in an American hospital.
Yep, Jennifer Medlock smashed all the records when she popped out her 14lb 13oz bouncing baby boy, earlier this month.

To put that into perspective, at just over a stone in weight that is about twice the size of the average newborn child.
Named Ali, the tiny tot came into this world on 12 December, at Arlington Memorial Hospital in Texas.
Speaking to USA Today, a spokesperson for Texas Health resources said that Ali was the heaviest baby born ever born at the hospital, measuring 21 inches in height .
This was then confirmed by the doctor who helped deliver Ali - Jennifer's second child - adding that he was the biggest baby they had ever seen in their career.

The record-breaking kid's mum had expected him to be larger than average - her two-year-old daughter weighed around 10lbs when she was born - but she didn't think he would be this big.
However, she admitted that nothing could have prepared her for this.
She said: "We did not expect 14 pounds - nobody did."
Her husband Eric said: "We have a lot of six-foot-five-inch giants in our family."

The giant baby was delivered through a C-section but had to be taken to the intensive care unit at first after doctors found he had low blood sugars and platelets.
However, according to reports little Ali made a full recovery and was allowed to go home with his mum and dad a week later, just in time for them all to spend the festive period together.
Reports in America confirmed that both Jennifer and Ali are still doing well at home.

In the run up to the due date, Jennifer shared pictures of her large bump.
One friend wrote on her profile page: "Ali is going to be a big boy."
The mum-of-two jokingly responded after the birth: "He sure is!"

But despite being the largest baby ever delivered at the hospital in Arlington, Ali is some way from being the biggest ever.
That record goes to 7ft 11in giantess mum Anna Bates, who gave birth to her baby boy in Seville, Ohio, USA, on 19 January 1879.
Anna lost an incredible six gallons of fluid during the labour and her 22lbs baby tragically died just 11 hours later, without ever being named.
