Aussies all around the country were devastated back in 2015 when news quickly spread that a delicious snack was being discontinued.

Many didn't want to believe the announcement, however it quickly became apparent that In A Biskit was well and truly gone.

People no doubt stocked up on as many boxes as possible before they were finally removed and they've been sitting on a gold mine ever since.

Aussies launched Facebook pages and started petitions calling for the snack to return and they all fell on deaf ears...until now.

Lo and behold, we've finally been given some good news out of 2021.

In A Biskit is returning to supermarket shelves after manufacturer Mondelez bowed to the overwhelming pressure.

Lucy Fisher, Marketing Manager of Savoury Biscuits and Meals at Mondelez said in a statement: "We've listened to the thousands of Aussies asking us to bring In A Biskit back.

"We couldn't ignore their passion for one of Australia's most iconic snacks, so we're proud to announce its return."

People have started posted photos and videos of their very own boxes of the awesome snack, proving they've already landed in some areas.

Boxes of the snack will be available in all major supermarkets on August 11.

One person lucky enough to have bought one wrote: "They are as good as I remembered! Bought two boxes yesterday and have already eaten one. Yummm!"

Another added: "I am literally sitting on the couch eating a whole packet of them. Heaven."

A third said: "Forget toilet paper. Woolies is going to have to bring in buying limits on these bad boys!"

For the uninitiated, In A Biskit were little flavoured baked biscuits that were heavenly. They were crunchy, packed with flavour and impossible to only have a few.

And now they're back, back, back again. So please form an orderly queue because these bad boys won't last long on the shelves.
