‘Most disgusting show ever’ with ‘sickening’ premise is returning to TV soon

The TLC show is making its return to our screens this year.

A show that has previously been dubbed 'disgusting' and 'sickening' is coming back to a screen near you.

The reality TV show puts a twist on the traditional 'finding love' type of show - differing a lot from the likes of Love Island and The Bachelor.

So, what's the catch?

Well, the show, which aired it's first season on TLC last year, consists of young men being paired up with older women in a search for true love - all in the backdrop of an exotic holiday destination.

But they're not just any women, they're actually each of the men's mothers - and none of this step-mum, non-related stuff, I mean they're actually their real mothers and the sons have to watch them 'find love' with other men around their age.

It's called MILF Manor if you haven't guessed already, and the trailer for the upcoming second season can be viewed here:

The women featured in MILF Manor are in their 40s to 50s, while the men are in their 20s.

The mums bring 'their unique life experiences' to the show, the plot synopsis reads, though in season one, it was actually a surprise to them that the men they'd be living with were their sons.

Even though we all know what to expect ahead of season two, it doesn't really lessen the shock factor.

The numerous activities put in place for contestants are enough to cover your eyes with a pillow, with mud wrestling, relay races, and what looks to be oiling each other up and licking one another... based on the trailer, at least.

And season one ruffled a few feathers online - as some viewers brutally branded it as some of the 'most disgusting reality TV ever'.

One X user said: "I truly thought no reality tv show could shock me at this point in my life but milf manor was so sickening i feel humbled in the face of its vile nature."

While another commented: "I gotta be honest with you, milf manor is the most sickening and just weird television show ever.

"With that being said I love watching it with you guys and I would love to be Nicks new best friend. I can handle SOYOUNG"

Despite what you may think though, the next season will likely feature a lot of twists, turns, weird yet intriguing scenes and above it all - a search for love.

Season two of MILF Manor will be available to stream on Discovery+ in the UK on 29 April.
