A police dog was all smiles as he returned to work after a harrowing incident while on duty.
Kaiser was stabbed while investigating a suspect in Kent, England at the end of May and had to go through rehabilitation.
He was following police officer Mark Woolcott into a house around 11pm when he was attacked in the back garden.

One of the five knife wounds narrowly missed the dog's eye.
Despite the attack, Kaiser was able to stay latched onto the suspect until police officers arrived and arrested them.
After several months of treatment and treats, Kaiser was welcomed back onto duty with Croydon Police.

"After being brutally stabbed in June PD Kaiser and his handler PC Woolcott were welcomed back by our Borough Commander Dave Stringer and The Mayor & Mayoress of Bromley this morning.
"Kaiser was absolutely delighted upon receiving a new toy which was gifted to him by The Mayor for his bravery."

Superintendent Emma Richards said Kaiser was 'lucky to be alive' after vets confirmed some of the knife attacks had punctured through the bone.
She told reporters when the incident happened on May 30 that the police dog would be out of action for a few months.
"He is getting the care he needs now and a decision will be taken in due course as to whether it would be appropriate for any criminal charges to follow," she said.
"Incidents where mental health is a significant factor can be unpredictable and sometimes dangerous.

"The events of Sunday night are a reminder of the risks that our men, women and animals face on the frontline.
"We ask them to go towards danger and uncertainty on a daily basis in order to keep the public safe and I am proud that they do so with such commitment and bravery each and every time."
