The name Chancedale honours both their families after Yankee and Geoff experienced separate tragedies.

Chance represents Yankee's daughter, who she lost at a young age, as well as her living children and family, while Dale represents Geoff's brother who passed away as a teenager.

Yankee and Geoff have partnered with Italian artist Danilo Sanino, who is best known for his cartoon illustrations, and has worked with Disney on the creation of web dress game for ‘Descendants’.
Danilo says: "Chancedale is one of the biggest projects I have ever worked on. I can't wait for everyone to see all the traits we have designed and the different combinations they create. I'm excited to discover which characters everyone connects with the most."
Chancedale has created human avatars because they want to be relatable for each individual owner. There are 26 different characters, with more than three hundred traits, including different clothing, hairstyles, and accessories available in the first drop of 11,111 NFTs.
Yankee said: “Diversity and inclusivity are extremely important to us and we want people to connect with our characters. We will be developing new characters within Chancedale over the next 30 years with the aim of representing everyone all over the world."
These characters will range from avatars that are doctors, chefs, musicians, sports stars, hipsters, and a variety of potential characters.

Chancedale will also be creating their own metaverse - with these NFTs the key to populating this digital world.
There will be 26 different territories for the 26 characters, with each NFT allowed access to their assigned territory. Each territory will have the opportunity to build the best community possible.
Geoff said: “Chancedale is a world that we’re building together. It will be in our real world and in the digital world.
“The digital world is referred to as the ‘metaverse’, so for us it just refers to how Chancedale will evolve digitally and how our community will get to experience it in a digital environment.”
