A man who believes he can train for a bodybuilding competition by taking steroids and knocking back 24 beers a day has revealed all the side effects he's experienced so far.

Content creator Peter Mossfield, aka the guy who made his name by getting addicted to booze for the sole purpose of seeing if he was able to quit, is back with a new, bonkers experiment—training for a bodybuilding competition by doing anything but lifting.

After giving up on his initial plan to combine boozing with exercise, Peter began boozing and steroiding his way to a ripped physique.

Sharing the update on his Instagram account, BoozeBagFitness, Peter lists a laundry list of changes he's noticed in his body in a recent update, including issues with sleeping, peeing all the time, and a 'distinct' new body odour.

Peter also revealed that he's actually passing blue urine, due to his consumption of methylene blue, and is no longer monitoring his blood pressure - instead opting for a 'Schrodinger's blood pressure' approach - and popping Cialis tablets for its impact on widening and relaxing the blood vessels.

The tablets, which are typically used for maintaining an erection, are also having an impact on his genitals, which Peter alludes to as 'permanent enlargement'.

Make of that what you will.

When it comes to his body odour, Peter explained that his sweat now had a 'distinct smell' which 'wasn't what it used to be'.

"I'd say it's better than before, but it's definitely a change," he said.

Peter did note that he'd noticed continued growth of 'the thing on my side' but assumed this was a 'misplaced lat/oblique' due to the location of his ribs.

"Overall, it's not too much to be concerned about."

However, some of Peter's followers were understandably concerned by the update. "Blue? Growths on your side? Rip my dude," wrote one follower, while a second commented: "Schrodinger's blood pressure is INSANE."

"You are going to die my dude stop this s**t," added a third.

What impact do steroids have on the body?

Anyone who is considering recreating Peter's unique routine may first want to read up on the potential side effects of taking steroids.

A supplement which is either illegal or heavily restricted, depending on your location, steroids can cause issues such as liver damage, changes to your mental health, insomnia and spikes in blood pressure (hyperglycaemia).

Meanwhile, knocking back 24 drinks a day isn't recommended, as it's likely that you'll be consuming your maximum recommended alcohol intake in just a day.

However, Peter doesn't appear to be too concerned about potential health side effects, telling LADbible: "I feel great, honestly. I feel like I finally have the body and the physical presence to match who I actually am.

"I’m on the way to greatness and not having time to listen to a word of negativity from anyone questioning me or hating on me as I get there."
