Man spared by judge after 'splitting' erection from super-strength viagra caused him to accidentally flash teenager

The girl was reduced to tears

A man whose erection caused his penis to 'split' has been spared jail after he accidentally flashed a teenager.

David Bruce Richardson, 51, from Darwin, Australia, had taken a super strength viagra before attending an orgy, but was left in excruciating pain from the effects of the pill.

Richardson took the sexual enhancement drug - called 'Pit Bull Super' which is not approved by the TGA - last September, but had no idea of the extreme reaction it would have on his body.

While attending an orgy, it's reported that Richardson started to panic when the 'side of his penis began to split because of the lack of circulation'.

He left the orgy after feeling like he was 'about to explode' and went to the Hungry Jack's drive-thru where he accidentally exposed himself to a member of staff - a 16-year-old girl.

The girl was said to be so upset over what happened that she was 'reduced to tears'.

As reported by NT News, Mr Richardson's lawyer Peter Maley told Darwin Local Court: "He was with a number of young ladies and they were having relations and he says that his erection would not cease and it became extremely painful.

"He pulled into Hungry Jack's, he's purchased some food, there was a towel, he says he didn't get out of the car, he was dreadfully embarrassed."

Speaking to Daily Mail Australia, Richardson admitted the pill was way too strong.

He said: "I wasn't trying to expose myself to the poor young girl. The pill was way too strong. I'm surprised it's legal to sell that stuff, and I was in a lot of pain.

"I wasn't trying to flash myself at anyone. I just wanted to grab a feed and go home."

Judge Therese Austin found there had been no sexual intent to what happened.

Judge Therese Austin found there had been no sexual intent to what happened, but said he should have gone straight to the hospital instead of heading to the restaurant.

Richardson was given a nine-month good behaviour bond in court.

"There's no evidence before me that you intended to behave the way you did for any sort of sexual gratification," the judge said.

Richardson had to take several days rest following the unfortunate incident, while the effects of the pill wore off.

"It's been giving me a lot of grief and anxiety. Really been playing on my mind," he added.

"Then there's the embarrassment of talking with police about it and having it turned into front-page news in the local paper."
