With millions of us now cooped up in our homes for the foreseeable future, the Body Coach Joe Wicks has been sharing online routines for us all to join in with. And in today's (26 March) tutorial, Joe really put himself through the mill when he managed to punch himself in his chiseled face.

See for yourself in the video above.

After showing his fans some kicking moves, the 33-year-old moves swiftly and spins around towards the camera, but as he continues throwing his impressive jabs he accidentally clips his own jaw.

After pranging himself, he shrieks: "Argh, I've just punched meself on me chin, bit me tongue, chipped a tooth."

But being the professional that he is, Joe carries on and finishes the set, before telling his viewers: "Definitely don't punch yourself on the chin. Ahh, silly sausage."

Solid advice, Joe.

Seriously, though, his virtual classes have been massively popular, with thousands tuning in every day.

But it's not just his fitness routines or his ripped physique that people have been impressed by, most just love his living room.

Fans have also been raving about his living room set up.

Joe, who lives in London with his wife Rosie Jones, 20-month-old daughter Indie and three-month-old son Marley, does his workout in a spotless grey room with a plush carpet and a few ornaments, pictures and other bits on display.

And it's fair to say, the room has gained a lot of interest with one viewer writing: "I'm now obsessed with Joe Wicks. Is that his real living room? If it is, why are there no marks on the carpet where the sofa usually is? Does the brother he shouts instructions at secretly hate him?" All very good questions, I'm sure you'll agree.

Another chipped in: "Did Joe Wicks' workout today. Amazing. The room he lives in must be so easy to vacuum."

The daily PE lessons take place Monday-Friday at 9am via Wicks' YouTube channel, The Body CoachTV, and lasts half an hour if you fancy checking out how (un)fit you are.
