A naked man was spotted walking onto a petrol station forecourt with a sex toy stuck in his anus, with some reports suggesting that he suffers from mental health issues.
He reportedly made his way to the petrol station to ask for help removing the sex toy.

The bizarre and distressing scene was filmed by a passer-by at the petrol station, which is located in the Saavedra neighbourhood of Buenos Aires, the capital of Argentina.
In the video, the man is seen walking across the forecourt of the petrol station, shouting as he approaches an ambulance.
As seen in the clip, he did not make any attempt to cover himself as paramedics from the ambulance stepped out in order to help him.
Other footage shows the man pacing around the petrol station in front of police officers.

He is seen shouting and slapping his legs in apparent discomfort.
One police officer reportedly tried to speak to the man, but he walked away shouting: "Call the doctor!"
Since being posted to social media, the video has unsurprisingly been shared around - having been viewed more than 10,000 times.
Reports say that the man was then taken away from the scene in the ambulance, in order to have what was reportedly a sex toy removed from inside his anus.

The ambulance that helped him was part of the System of Emergency Medical Attention (SAME) of Buenos Aires, and was apparently called by concerned workers at the petrol station.
It's sad to see someone suffering in this way and highlights why people need to be supported.
