The US state of New York has moved swiftly to ban the sale of flavoured e-cigarettes following several deaths and lung issues with users.
President Donald Trump has been calling for a federal ban, however New York Governor Andrew Cuomo has announced an 'emergency executive action' to take them off the shelves in his state.
"Manufacturers of fruit and candy-flavored e-cigarettes are intentionally and recklessly targeting young people, and today we're taking action to put an end to it," he said in a statement.
