The content subscription service has proven to be extremely lucrative for some, who have been able to quit their full-time job and live luxuriously thanks to the subscription fees of fans.
Gaming software site MrQ did a little digging, totting up a list of the top earners by looking through users who shared their number of subscribers, before multiplying their subscription fee by this number.
They found that @gem101 came out on top, boasting more than 117,000 fans paying £21.71 ($30) a month.

Crunching the numbers and deducting OnlyFans' fee, the research estimated that she makes £21.3 million ($29.43 million) a year - which is almost 270 times more than a doctor would typically expect to earn at the peak of their career.
This may seem like an outrageous income, but in reality, this could actually be quite a modest earnings projection. That's because many content creators on OnlyFans make a lot of dosh on top of their monthly subscription fees, offering up additional exclusive content and raking in tips.
Indeed, there could well be someone out there earning even more from the site than @gem101, as users are able to hide how many fans they have.
Let's just hope all of our GPs don't get wind of the money they could be making on OnlyFans, because we very much need them.
The research reads: "When comparing the OnlyFans users to the average income of the highest-earning professions, we found a stark contrast.
"While boning up on hard subjects at university might earn a decent amount as doctors at the pinnacle of their career will earn an average of a little over £79,000 annually (around £6,609 a month), top models like gem101 earn more than 22 times as much in one month alone. That's nearly 270 times as much a year.
"It's not just doctors who are being shown up by the massive earnings of these OnlyFans models.
"When looking at the average take-home pay, UK workers earn a significantly lower income on average than OnlyFans users in one month alone."

It's worth pointing out though that these are the top creators on OnlyFans, and for every user raking in piles of cash, there are many more with very little to show for it - a lesson I learnt the hard way.
After almost two months on the site, I managed to attract exactly zero fans and didn't make a single penny. You can read more about that debacle here.
