The 'Scariest Man On The Planet' is set to go face-to-face with 'Iranian Hulk' in London next year.

In 2022, a Goliath Vs Goliath bout is about to go down in the UK capital as Martyn Ford, 39, will finally face off against Sajad Gharibi, 29, on 2 April.

Ford is a 6ft 8 inches tall British actor, bodybuilder and personal trainer. Weightlifter Gharibi is a bit shorter at 6ft 2 inches, but 10 years younger.

Both have a considerable amount of followers on social media with the Hulk obtaining a cool 580,000 on Insta whilst Ford sits at 3.1 million.

Despite Ford's regular MMA training for a number of years, neither man has fought in an official bout yet.

Recently, the tension between the two has been on the rise.

In an Instagram post that confirmed the fight was taking place in 2022, Ford couldn't promise the most technical fight, but said things have got 'very personal' with him and Gharibi.

"The London 02 is booked. I would absolutely love to put on an event you guys will never forget," Ford said on Instagram.

"This to me is very personal... things have been said that can't be taken back, by numerous people in his circle.

"I will release exactly what at the press conference and you will see just why this is so personal to me. I can't promise you the most technical fight in the world, but I will promise you that I will bring my absolute everything and turn this into an event you will never forget.

"I would absolutely love to pack this arena out and have 20k screaming friends and family show this guy exactly what it means to be strong enough to stand up for what you believe in."

Ford has also promised that he will 'win in no time' against 'Iranian Hulk' Gharibi, who has remained fairly quiet on the matter.

Last year, however, he called out UFC president Dana White on social media, suggesting the UFC should have a super heavyweight division.

"Some of these tiny and skinny fighters make me really bored @danawhite," he said. "Super heavyweight fighting can be more exciting, believe me.

"I'm totally ready for it, just tell me who is at my style and level, and where I should smash him.

"I come to Octagon for a real battle, not for fun, I will announce the opponent in the first press conference. 180kg."
