This video shows the moment a woman gave birth in the hospital car park as a midwife rushed out to assist her with the unexpectedly speedy delivery:
The incredible moment was caught on the Ring camera at the entrance of the Natural Birth Works in Coral Springs, Florida.

Susan Anderson's husband Joseph had called the hospital minutes before their arrival explaining that his wife felt like she needed to push.
Luckily, midwife Sandra Lovaina jumped into action, putting her gloves on and running outside to meet the couple. Little did she know, the labour would be so advanced that she would have to catch the baby girl - later named Julia - from in between Susan's legs, preventing her from hitting the ground.
The video even shows the moment two police officers crossed the street when they heard the commotion.

Sandra had to explain that she was a midwife and she was delivering the baby - multitasking at its... strangest?
Speaking to Local 10 News, Susan said: "During the car ride to the birth centre, I turned to my husband, and I was like, 'I need to push!' I didn't think I wouldn't make it into the building. By the time we got to the first step the head was coming."
One of the other midwives, Gelena Hinkley, who shared the footage, added: "She had been our client before. We've done her other delivery, and round two was just a lot faster. No one was expecting it to be that fast."

Sandra added: "Mom called me, she told me she was having contractions. And it seemed like things were not so serious yet and then all of a sudden dad called me and said yep, things are definitely intensifying.
"I ran out and we literally got to the first step and the head was coming. Apparently I'm a catcher for the Miami Dolphins now."
