Celebrations for VE Day 80 are underway, with Red Arrows zooming over Buckingham Palace as part of the day's flypast.
While the official date for VE (Victory in Europe) Day is on Thursday (8 May), festivities have begun today, celebrating the Allies' victory in World War II, which is now officially 80 years ago.
It is the first VE Day ever that doesn't feature any members of the Royal Family that were present on the first ever celebration of the event, back in 1945.

While the momentous occasion marks a significant milestone in Britain's history, an exchange between two of the younger members in the Royal family stole headlines for a cheeky exchange.
It's all to do with Prince George and Prince Louis, with the brothers showing us that they are still children, in all fairness.

George and Louis are sons of Prince William and Princess Kate, also sharing sister Princess Charlotte too.
But in a brief moment, as the boys could be seen looking at the celebrations in front of them, with all going to plan.

However, the 11-year-old George could then be seen fixing his hair, which looks like it has been done with some product, to the side.
Louis, the youngest of the three children at just seven-years-old, spots this and reacts in the only way a brother would while sitting on the Palace's balcony.
He looked at his older brother for a second, before mocking the way he flicked his hair out of the way in a hilarious imitation.
George remained professional and didn't react, but people couldn't get enough of the brother's antics.

The clip has gone viral on social media, with many users on X sharing what they thought of the moment, as one wrote: "You just know from that Prince Louis winds Prince George up all day every day!"
Another added: "How adorable. Prince Louis is going to be a charming handful," while a third pointed out: "The way George looked at him afterwards lol".
A different user said: "Prince Louis is so freaking funny!"

The younger Royals could be seen enjoying the airshow, while a moment where Prince William seemingly told his kids to wave at the cameras was caught on tape, with all three giggling afterward.

Prince Louis was also seen dusting off his father's uniform while he spoke to somebody next to him, while he was also caught rolling his eyes after one of his siblings said something.
We've all been there before.
