Haley Baylee has asked for her ex-husband Matt Kailil's lawsuit against her for comments she made about the size of his penis to be dismissed.
Baylee and Kalil got married back in 2015 but they ended up divorcing in 2022 due to 'irreconcilable differences', with the former NFL star going on to marry model Keilani Asmus in 2024.
Last year, Baylee appeared on a Twitch livestream with Marlon Garcia where she discussed some of the reasons why they split up, mentioning the size of his penis.
She indicated that Kalil was so large, it made sex particularly difficult and that it was the 'biggest factor' in their divorce.

After the livestream, those particular comments garnered a lot of attention and Baylee released a statement trying to highlight other areas of her conversation on the livestream.
“I care deeply about respecting his privacy and the integrity of what we shared together,” Haley said.
“During our livestream, we talked about so much more than what’s being highlighted — the love in our marriage, the growth we experienced, the depth of our connection.

“It’s unfortunate that only one fragment is being amplified, because it doesn’t capture the full story of how meaningful things were to me. I hope our hour-and-a-half-long conversation reflects more than a funny soundbite.”
However, Kalil has since launched a lawsuit seeking $75,000, claiming his ex-wife made 'degrading and deeply personal comments' which had resulted in 'unwanted attention and invasive commentary from the public'.
Baylee said she was 'shocked and incredibly hurt' to hear she was being sued, and now, Page Six reports that court documents show she has asked a judge for the lawsuit to be dismissed.
They report that court documents say: "Plaintiff’s complaint seeks to hold a woman in the public eye civilly liable for providing a truthful, autobiographical account of sexual trauma she suffered and described as having led to the end of a highly publicized celebrity marriage with an NFL football star."
Baylee said her marriage to Kalil had been a 'loving union that was ultimately hindered by an unfortunate physical incompatibility' while noting that she 'repeatedly praised his character and the quality of their marriage throughout the interview'.

Her camp said the lawsuit from her ex-husband 'ignores the dominant theme of the speech and instead attempts to isolate the narrow subset of statements concerning the size of Plaintiff’s genitalia'.
They also said courts had a history of recognising 'the romantic relationships of celebrities fall within the scope of matters of public concern, rather than purely private affairs'.
As such she wants the lawsuit to be dismissed and is waiting to hear back on a judge's opinion on the matter, while in the past she had said litigation would be 'a harrowing and emotionally draining experience' as she pointed out that during the livestream she also called him 'the greatest guy in the world'.
A legal representative for Kalil told Page Six: "Haley Kalil’s motion to dismiss does not dispute the fact that she wantonly disclosed private and intimate details about Matt Kalil that resulted in widespread ridicule and unwanted attention.
"The motion completely misses the point that a spouse does not have a right to expose private and confidential marital and sexual details for the purpose of profiting. We expect that the motion will be completely denied."
