Simone Biles has called out reporters for one question they 'have to stop' asking her.

The absolute GOAT has not disappointed at this year’s Olympics, making a legendary comeback to the games as she solidifies her icon status.

Biles picked up her third gold medal of the Paris games yesterday (3 August) in the Women’s Vault final in the Artistic Gymnastics event.

With a current total of 10 Olympic medals and 30 World Championship medals, she is the most decorated gymnast in history.

So, it’s pretty fair to say the 27-year-old has earned that GOAT status. And she’s still got two more events to come in Paris - the floor and beam finals tomorrow (5 August).

But Biles took to X earlier this morning (4 August) to send a message to both fans and the media on behalf of both herself, and her fellow Olympians.

“You guys really gotta stop asking athletes what’s next after they win a medal at the Olympics,” she wrote.

The US star then followed up: “Let us soak up the moment we’ve worked our whole lives for.”

And let’s be honest, that’s a very reasonable point.

When one user then decided to ask: “What is your next step after winning Gold medal?” Biles had an iconic response.

“Babysitting the medal,” she wrote back.

Following yesterday’s third win at the Paris games, she shared a snap of her medals to Instagram looking well baby-sat on her USA flag blanket.

The athlete then posted a pic of her bed in the Olympic Village, complete with a little goat teddy and a picture of a goat’s head on the wall.

Iconic behaviour to be honest.

Users praised her post on X as they echoed: “Simone Biles POURS her heart and soul into her performance. What’s next? Enjoying the well-deserved glory!”

Another said: “A well-deserved break should be what’s next. Just sayin.”

Someone else agreed: “Absolutely agree! Athletes have just achieved something incredible and need time to enjoy and reflect on their success before thinking about what’s next.”

Another praised Biles as they wrote: “Tell them Queen,” as fans of the ‘golden girl’ pointed out: “There is no scarier question for an athlete who has thought of nothing else than that medal ever since they can remember, than 'what next'.”

After winning the women’s all-around gold on Thursday, Biles wrote on Instagram: “Can’t believe I did it, AGAIN . I’m truly speechless. Olympic All Around champion!!!!!!!!!”
