Tesco Clubcard members have just two days before the rules on the Clubcard change.

The new rules will come into play this week, so any Tesco shoppers who want to take advantage of their current rule set have just two days left... the clock is ticking!

The change comes after Tesco recently announced that it would also be making changes to its delivery service, meaning that orders under £50 will incur a delivery fee of £5.

There will be two big changes to how Tesco Clubcard will work - Tesco currently has a number of other companies called Reward Partners. Clubcard points can also be used at these partners as well as at Tesco stores.

Under one of the new changes, the overall value of Clubcard points at reward partners will go down so sadly, thee points won't be worth as much going forward.

The rules will change on 14 June.

At the moment, 500 reward points are worth £15 at a reward partner and £5 to spend in store.

However, as of 14 June, those 500 points - though still worth £5 in store - will only be worth £10 when spent at a reward partner.

Tesco partners with a number of different companies, including Disney+, Pizza Express, Zizzi, Legoland, and Thorpe Park.

However, you can still redeem your points for triple their worth up until 14 June. Once redeemed, the reward code will be valid for 12 months, so as long as you redeem them quickly you'll still have plenty of time to spend them.

The second change applies to anyone who collects reward points when buying fuel. As of this week, you will not get as many reward points when you buy fuel.

A spokesperson for Tesco told the Mirror: “Clubcard unlocks the best value from Tesco - from thousands of exclusive deals through Clubcard Prices, to money off your groceries and fuel, or accessing double the value of your vouchers with more than 100 Clubcard Reward Partners.

The changes will also impact people who get points from fuel purchases.

"Millions of people tap their Tesco Clubcard every time they shop, benefiting from access to more than 8,000 weekly deals on Clubcard Prices.

"And with potential savings of up to £351 a year, more people than ever before are making the most of the immediate value that Tesco Clubcard offers.

"We are making a change to how members can use their vouchers with our Reward Partners, but they will still be able to unlock great value in the same range of ways as before."

So basically, make sure you get those points redeemed by Wednesday or you'll be fleecing yourself!
