The moment a theme park ride collapses to the ground carrying loads of people has been caught on camera.
Theme parks are meant to be places of fun; a place where kids scream with joy, and adults get to tap into their inner child and forget about their problems for a second.

The rides within these places can pump your adrenaline sky high as you zoom in and out, up and down or round and round.
However, because machines are fallible, theme parks can also be terrifying.
That's exactly what people in the Ajmer district of northern India's Rajasthan region experienced when they hopped on an innocent-looking ride.
It's unclear exactly what the ride is meant to do when it's working normally, however it appears to raise a group of people up several stories.

The circular ride then turns on one axis to give people at the top a wonderful 360 degree view of their surroundings.
Then, it's meant to drop to the ground below at a sudden pace and then slow down just at the right time.
But, in this video, the ride doesn't slow down and crashes to the earth in just two seconds.
Eleven people were injured in the incident and were treated at a nearby hospital.

Police say the incident happened after a cable broke on the ride.
This detached the spinning platform holding everyone from the central column, which then saw it plunge to the ground.
While you would hope this was an isolated incident involving theme parks, these things happen from time to time.
A slingshot ride at a Winter Wonderland event in London snapped while two people were trapped inside the tiny ball.

Slingshot rides are powered by a spring machine that applies loads of pressure to bands holding the metal orb.
Once everything looks all set and ready to go, the operator will press a button that sends the capsule shooting into the sky.
The capsule is connected to the structure by two large, stretchy bands.
In the shocking video captured at the Winter Wonderland, it's clear one of these bands failed.

The capsule then shot upwards and over to one side, before crashing into one of the two poles holding up the structure.
A Winter Wonderland Hyde Park spokesperson told LADbible: "We can confirm that a technical issue involving the reverse bungee occurred on Wednesday evening. Both riders were safely escorted off the ride, checked by our on-site medics and were not injured.
"Safety is our highest priority and the ride is closed while further investigation takes place. All of our rides undergo rigorous and regular safety checks by experienced members of staff trained in health and safety. We also provide regular training for all staff to ensure our visitors can enjoy a fun and safe experience.
"All other attractions at Winter Wonderland are operating as normal."
They added in an update: "We can confirm that the elastic cord and the steel wire rope supporting the Reverse Bungee gondola in which the public sit has not snapped or failed in any way.
"We inspected the ride at 7am this morning and it was found that a technical issue had occurred within a sealed gear box that controls the release of the elastic cord and steel wire rope.
"The HSE has been informed."
