Twitter is currently down for all users.

The social media platform is no longer accessible and we went to check Twitter for reactions, but as you can imagine, there aren't any.

So, hoards of people have been flocking to Instagram and Facebook to share their 140 characters elsewhere.

The news was confirmed by server monitoring platform Is It Down Right Now?, who wrote on Twitter: "It is not just you. The server is not responding..."

One user on Facebook asked: "Is it just me or is Twitter down for everyone?" to which hoards of people replied, with one saying: "For a minute I thought I’m suspended again till I checked on google."

Another thought the same, saying: "Me too, just tweeted a bunch of angry thoughts, and i thought Twitter suspended my account."

While another added: "I thought it was just me, had to reboot my phone twice, i couldn't access my account. Hope they work on it though."

Twitter has since come back online.
