Boris Johnson has welcomed the newly-announced Brexit deal between the UK and the EU.
The Prime Minister said the deal allowed the country to 'take back control' of its borders, money, laws, and fishing waters.
He said it is the 'biggest free trade deal ever', which will 'protect jobs' in this country and offer a 'jumbo Canada-style free trade deal'.

Mr Johnson said it wasn't a 'bad thing' for there to be difference between the EU and the UK, stating that there was much in common between the two.
He said he dismissed calls for an extension to negotiations, because 'the British people knew it was doable but were told it was impossible'.
"We have taken back control of every jot and tittle of our regulation in a way that is complete and unfettered," he said.
Addressing the lengthy negotiations, Mr Johnson said: "Of course the arguments were sometimes fierce, but this I believe is a good deal for the whole of Europe.

"It will not be a bad thing in my view for the EU to have a prosperous, dynamic and contented UK on [their] doorstep."
Ahead of the press conference, a statement from the UK government described the deal as 'everything the British public was promised during the 2016 referendum'.

"The deal also guarantees that we are no longer in the lunar pull of the EU, we are not bound by EU rules, there is no role for the European Court of Justice and all of our key red lines about returning sovereignty have been achieved.

"It means that we will have full political and economic independence on 1st January 2021.
"A points-based immigration system will put us in full control of who enters the UK and free movement will end.
"We have delivered this great deal for the entire United Kingdom in record time, and under extremely challenging conditions, which protects the integrity of our internal market and Northern Ireland's place within it.
"We have got Brexit done and we can now take full advantage of the fantastic opportunities available to us as an independent trading nation, striking trade deals with other partners around the world."
