UK Had The Second Most Visits To Pornhub In 2021

Pornhub is a place that loads of us visit, albeit discreetly - like strip clubs, sunbed salons or hair transplant clinics.

But while we can keep our quick trips to the epicentre of pornography on the down low, the data does not lie, and the Pornhub Insights team have done some number-crunching.

The site's eighth annual 'year in review' offers some eye-opening insights into behaviours and trends from country to country, and the data shows that the UK brought the second most traffic to the Pornhub of any nation.

Only people in the US visited the site more, with the UK climbing into the silver medal place at expense of Japan, which dropped into third.

To be clear though, there are no medals for w***ing. Unfortunately.

On average, people in the UK spent 9min 52 secs on the site per visit, and 'lesbian' was the most searched for term, ahead of 'MILF' in second and hentai in third.

Pornhub 'Year in Review' reads: "‘Lesbian’ and ‘MILF’ remained the top two searches in the UK, while terms like ‘threesome’, ‘ebony’, ‘massage’ and ‘anal’ all saw increases in rank.

"2021 saw searches for ‘lesbian scissoring’ increase by +408 percent among UK visitors, as well as a +188 percent increase in ‘squirting’ and +126 percent more ‘trans’ searches.

"When compared to the rest of the world, visitors from the UK are +658 percent more likely to view the British category, +244 percent into MILF and +102 percent more into Indian videos."

Pornhub Insights

The UK's love of lesbian porn is not unique though, as it was the third most searched term across the globe, behind Japanese and hentai.

Meanwhile, the UK's favourite pornstar was Lana Rhoades, followed by Riley Reid in second, Abella Danger in third, Angela White in fourth and Mia Khalifa in fifth.

The report also looks at data based on age demographics, comparing the popularity of categories relative to other age groups, and found that 'handjobs' was the most disproportionately popular genre for 'boomers', which was classed as 55 and overs.
