The budget supermarket chain will start selling the inflatables from tomorrow (Thursday 23 July) - the perfect accessory to take away if you're heading for a British holiday to anywhere with a boating area (please be careful near water, lads).

Retailing at £39.99 ($50.90), you get loads for your money. The kayak comes with detachable seats, a waterproof bag so you can take your valuables out on the water with you and double-bladed paddles.

It's made out of 'robust PVC' and is resistant to salt water, oil, ozone and cold weather. It comes complete with an on-board repair kit so you can fix it on the go.

It has a lengthways bar base so that it's extra stable, as well as a chamber system with safety valves.

The paddles can also be used a canoe paddles, thanks to the clicklock system, which is adjustable by 90 degrees.

The kayak is pretty small when deflated and comes with a bag.

It can hold up to 160kg (25 stone) and although it is over three metres long when inflated, it can be folded up and put into a small bag for when you travel with it - perfect for taking away on your outdoors-y staycation.

If you're taking it on a day out, when you get back home you could also get Lidl's inflatable hot tub to relax in after a day of paddling about.

For under £300, you can own the whirlpool hot tub whirlpool hot tub. It has 118 air jets to massage you and create bubbles. It fits up to four people, can hold up to 700 litres and can go up to 41 degrees, which is probably for the best when the temperature drops.

Massive pool and sea-front villa not included, soz.

At £299 ($380), it could be worth its cost per use, especially if you're stuck at home more than usual thanks to all those cancelled holidays.

And while you're at it, you may as well go the whole hog and get one of the shop's 12-foot swimming pool - which is less than £100.

The Bestway 12' Steel Pro Pool is an absolute snip at just £99.99 ($127).

The bargain find was spotted by a savvy shopper in the Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK group on Facebook.

Sharing a photo of the advert from the store's website, the bargain hunter wrote: "Anyone wanting something bigger than a paddling pool, Lidl has a Bestway 12' Steel Frame Pool for £99 from Sunday June 7.

"I've looked online I can't find anything similar for cheaper! And it comes as a full kit, may be a good deal for some people?!"
