Prosecutor Kate Batty said: "He acknowledged he had been involved in swinging activity with the couple, watching and photographing them having sex and having sex himself with the woman."
The statements were made at the trial of police officers Matthew Lucas, 42, and Lee Walls, 47, as well as police helicopter pilots Matthew Loosemore, 45, and Malcolm Reeves who are all accused of misconduct, but deny charges.

Pogmore admits misconduct.
According to the BBC, Pogmore was known as the 'team deviant' by his colleagues.
Lucas told the court: "It was common knowledge that he was the team deviant and he went to naturist camps," adding that Pogmore was referred to as a 'deviant' to his face, but 'not in a bad way'.

The recordings are believed to have been made by the South Yorkshire Police helicopter on four separate occasions between 2007 and 2012.
Pogmore came under investigation after his ex-wife told police about the videos.

The court also heard the couple, who are in their 40s, knew they were being filmed and that the Pogmore gave the man a copy of the video.
