Woman Left 'Utterly Humiliated' After She Finds Hour-Long Video Of Herself On Pornhub

A woman found out an hour-long video of her having sex had been shared on Pornhub when a friend she hadn't spoken to for 20 years contacted her out of the blue to tell her.

The video had been posted to the porn site by Luke Brinson, 32, who also uploaded a 10-minute clip and a four-minute one, without the knowledge or permission of the woman.

The videos had been seen 3,000 times and were online for five months before the victim found out and had them removed.

At Bristol Crown Court, Brinson was found guilty of disclosing sexual photographs with intent to cause distress. The victim said she was left 'very distressed' and 'utterly humiliated', the Bristol post reports.

Prosecutor Sam Jones told the court: "The victim was contacted by someone from her childhood. They informed her she was aware of images of her and sent her a link.

"She was very distressed. She contacted the website and days later the images were taken down.

"Mr Brinson was arrested and interviewed and denied the offence."

One video had been viewed 1,800 times, while the others were watched 900 and 300 times.

Simon Macfarlane, defending, told the court his client was 'not a lost cause' and that he had a job offer if he was given a non-custodial sentence.

However, Brinson was sentenced to 21 months in prison after a trial at Bristol Magistrates Court.

It emerged during the trial that Brinson had been convicted over a similar offence in the past, after he displayed a number of naked photographs of a woman around a shop.

Judge Euan Ambrose told him: "You posted those three videos, which were freely available to members of the public to view.

"Unsurprisingly, the victim has been left feeling extremely distressed and utterly humiliated, which was no doubt your intention."
