Prime Minister Andy Burnham couldn't resist surprising this blushing bride on her big day after she issued a public plea about him potentially 'ruining' her wedding.
Sarah Burwin hit the headlines last month after calling on the 'King of the North' and his army of security to clear off for a few hours while she got hitched to her fiancé Fred at Manchester Register Office on Friday (21 August).
She then extended an invitation to the Labour leader - and although he couldn't be there to congratulate the newlyweds in person while they said their vows, he still managed to 'make their day' with a kind gesture.
Sarah, 34, was left in a bit of a panic a few weeks back while watching the coverage of the opening of No 10 North on the news, as she realised Burnham had taken over her wedding venue.

In a tongue-in-cheek TikTok clip which has since gone on to rack up more than 1.4million views, the Mancunian explained she wasn't keen on the idea of a legion of 'police and guys with rifles' being in the back of her photos.

A host of couples getting hitched at Heron House have been inadvertently photobombed by these lot since Burnham made it his Northern base, which is something Sarah was keen to avoid.
"I love what you've done with the place," she said in the video. "The trouble is, I was planning to get nice photos...and I'm just a bit worried that all of this is kind of ruining the vibe.
"So I would really appreciate it if you were maybe not there that day," she said in reference to Burnham. "I mean, you're welcome, you're invited - but maybe without the police escorts? The guys with the rifles and s**t, because I've got a content creator coming! So I don't really know what we're going to do if it's surrounded by the military and police. Just something to think on, no pressure. But if you could maybe give them an hour off?"
The UK's new leader then left a comment under the comical clip saying, "Noted, Saz."

Speaking to LADbible in July, Sarah explained that people were 'convinced' that Burnham would turn up to the ceremony - so she sent him a formal invitation encouraging him to join them.
She said she would 'love it' if the PM could pop in to celebrate with her and her new husband Fred, who popped the question back in 2024.
Former night-time economy adviser and ex-Warehouse Project boss Sacha Lord also saw Sarah's video and suggested him and Burnham should surprise her with a DJ set - which she said would have been 'the best wedding gift'.
Unfortunately, Burnham wasn't able to clear his diary and didn't attend the couple's nuptials on Friday, much to the disappointment of those who have been heavily invested in the saga.
But despite being busy running the country, he still managed to find time to send a sweet 'special message' to Sarah and Fred.

Using the exterior of No 10 North as his backdrop, Burnham recorded a video to send 'an absolutely huge congratulations' to the newlyweds.
"Thank you so much for the invite, but sadly, I'm honouring your initial request for me to stay out of the way," the 56-year-old politician joked.
"I'm filming this as I'm about to leave Number 10 North for the day. Hopefully that's good news for your content creator, though!
"But I couldn't let the day go by without sending you both a message. I hope you have the best day celebrating and thank you for being such a good sport about Number 10 North suddenly being a big part of your big day.
"The DJ set will have to wait for another time - but I hope you play some good tunes on my behalf, big Manchester bangers!
"Anyway, a huge congratulations to you both. It's great to see Number 10 North already bring people together."
The couple watched the footage of Burnham's kind words inside of the registry office and the elation was written all over their faces, while Sarah said: "Oh my God! What a lad. I love him. Big up the Burnham!"
Big up the Burnham indeed.
Sarah shared the heartwarming video of their reaction, which was captured by content creator Unveil By Hollie, on TikTok to update the thousands of social media users who have been eagerly anticipating her big day.
Referring to Burnham as her 'close personal friend' in the caption, she thanked the PM for giving her marriage the Burnham blessing.
He left a comment under the video once again, which read: "Hope you and Fred had an amazing day Saz! Sorry I couldn't do that DJ set..."
It seems their friendship might have only just begun, as Sarah then responded saying: "Thank you Andy! You made our day. And don't worry, you and @Sacha Lord can owe me one."
Burnham was hailed as a 'legend' and a 'class act' by social media users, while one person added: "Bloody love this. How are the speeches going to top this?! Congratulations!"
