Klaudia Zakrzewska, an influencer who was hit by a car in Westminster, has died as the Metropolitan Police confirmed her passing in a statement.
The 32-year-old influencer had been hit by a car outside of London's Inca nightclub in the early hours of last Sunday (19 April) and was taken to hospital, but today (25 April) she was pronounced dead.
The police asked people to avoid speculating about the case due to the significant interest that had followed it, and to avoid sharing graphic imagery or footage which had been posted onto social media as it could harm the pursuit of justice.
Detective Chief Inspector Alison Foxwell, who is leading the investigation, said: “We would like to express our deepest sympathies to Klaudia’s family and friends in light of this tragic update. Our thoughts are also with everyone impacted by this incident.
“We recognise that this case has generated significant interest and discussion on social media; however, we would urge the public to refrain from further speculation.

"We also ask that people do not share graphic footage out of respect for Klaudia’s loved ones and for those who have been injured. The circulation of such material could also undermine our ongoing criminal investigation and potentially prejudice future court proceedings.”
A 58-year-old man also suffered life-changing injures following the incident, while a woman in her 30s was treated for minor injuries.
On 20 April, 29-year-old Gabrielle Carrington had been charged with attempted murder, grievous bodily harm with intent, actual bodily harm, dangerous driving and drink driving.
Carrington had been on The X-Factor in 2013 as part of the girl group Miss Dynamix where they reached the show's live finals.
The former X-Factor contestant appeared at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on 21 April and was remanded into custody to next appear at the Old Bailey on19 May.

The Met Police said following Klaudia’s death the charge of attempted murder would be amended to murder.
They had previously said that the incident took place at a time when the nightclubs were still open and so they believe a number of witnesses may have seen what happened.

David Malone, deputy chief crown prosecutor in London North, had previously said: "We remind all concerned that proceedings against the defendant are active and that she has the right to a fair trial.
"It is vital that there should be no reporting, commentary or sharing of information online which could in any way prejudice these proceedings."
