Audio from a conversation between police and the suspected killer of a British woman who travelled to the US for a 'violent death' has been released.
Dwain Hall is set to appear in front of a jury in November after he was arrested last year in connection with the murder of Sonia Exelby.
The British woman from Portsmouth had been suffering serious mental health issues and signed up to a fetish website, saying she was looking for someone to abuse and kill her.

It was through the website that she allegedly met Hall, a 54-year-old from Florida, with reports around the time of his arrest suggesting that he had sex with the 32-year-old before killing her with a knife.
The affidavit stated: "Hall knew Exelby suffered from severe mental illness and was suicidal. He claimed that he wanted to help Exelby and did not want her to die, but his actions show differently."

Ahead of Hall's planned court case later this year, Law & Crime has released some of the audio footage from Hall's conversation with a special agent in Florida, who was keen to speak with him after her banking records were reviewed.
The full transcript is below:
Dwain Hall: “Hello, this is Dwaine, Solver Wolf Roadside. How can I help you?”
Agent: “Hey, my name is Calvin Lee. I’m a special agent with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement out of the Gainesville area. We’ve got a weird request. We’re helping out the UK police with a missing person and looking through her banking records, it looks like she called your business for assistance probably two or three days ago. And the payment was declined.
"Her name is Sonia Exelby—is that ringing a bell?”
Dwain: “Yes and no.”
Agent: “She’s reported missing and suicidal, so we're trying to track her down. We know that three days ago, she landed Gainesville Airport, got in a rental car and was heading south. Through the banking records, it shows that there was a declined charge from your company. So we're assuming that she needed assistance?"

Dwain: “Yeah, she broke down and needed a tire change. She was requesting to be transported further to her location but her payment was declined, so we weren't going to touch that."
Agent: “So you did change the tire and the payment never went through?"
Dwain: “No—we never showed up.”
Agent: “Did she mention her destination?”
Dwain: “Did not say. She was very secretive about everything.”
Agent: “Did she give her name—Sonia Exelby?”
Dwain: “Yes.”
Agent: “Do you remember where she said her vehicle had broken down?"
Dwain: “Not exactly. Somewhere out around Reddick. It was outside our service area.”
Footage is alleged to have been found on his phone at the time which showed the Brit 'covered in bruises', while Exelby is said to have sent messages to a pal saying she was in pain and 'expressing regret'.
She is alleged to have written: "He made it clear there was no way out unless I shoot him. I was questioning it last night...I thought he’d do it quick and not give my mind time to stew."
Hall has reportedly pleaded not guilty to the four charges he is facing, according to People.
