Met Office issue fresh warning to Brits after Storm Boelo left two dead and more than 160,000 without power
Forecasters have warned that the worst of the bad weather isn't over just yet.
Brits have been hoping for some reprieve after being battered by Storm Boelo over the weekend, which caused widespread power outages, travel chaos and the deaths of two men.
After battling winds of up to 80mph and relentless rain off the back of Storm Austen, the UK is now set to endure a stormy start to the week.
The second named storm of the season, which led to yellow and amber weather warnings, has wreaked havoc across the country since it landed on Saturday (23 October).

Falling trees tragically led to the deaths of a man in his 20s in North London, while a man aged 60 also passed away in Dumfries and Galloway.
It is estimated that at least 160,000 homes across the country across the country were left without power over the weekend when Storm Boelo was in full force.
The Met Office's amber warning for the storm expired at 9pm last night, but meteorologists have warned that the brutal wet and windy weather is set to continue this week.
Forecasters have told people to expect a 'wet start across western areas' on Monday morning, before downpours will then 'sweep across the northeast' throughout the morning.
Monday's forecast adds: "Drier and somewhat brighter skies following across England and Wales for the afternoon. Turning increasingly windy, especially in the west. Mild in the south."
The national weather service explained that in wake of Storm Boelo, 'unsettled conditions are expected to continue into this week'.
It added: "Particularly in the north, as another area of low pressure approaches the UK, bringing further wet and windy weather, with a wind warning already issued for northern parts of the UK on Tuesday."
So you'll still want to be armed with umbrellas and waterproof jackets this week, lads.
Chloe is the next available name on the list for the storms of this year - and it could be coming sooner than we think if the rain and wind escalates, prompting an amber or red warning from Met Office.
Met Office forecaster Aidan McGivern said of what to expect this week: "It's a very similar situation to Boelo on Monday and Tuesday.
"In other words, the strongest winds expected to affect northern parts of the UK and expected to arrive on Tuesday.
"Risks of 70mph wind gusts, yellow warning in force, but of course we'll be watching this one very closely."
