A mass search has begun for a teenager that has gone missing after attending an Edinburgh music festival.

Danielle Cameron was at the Terminal V Festival in Scotland on Friday (25 October), but the 19-year-old has not been heard from, or seen, since.

The Inverness native's disappearance remains a mystery to police, though it was revealed that she has links to both the Lothian and Inverness areas.

Police Scotland have urged anyone with any information about the teenager to get in touch and help to trace her.

A Police Scotland spokesperson stated: "We are appealing for information to help trace 19 year old Danielle Cameron missing from Inverness.

"Danielle was last seen at the Terminal V Festival in Edinburgh on Friday 25th October 2024.

"Danielle was wearing a black outfit, Doc Marten boots, a black jacket with a red stripe down the side and a pink and yellow bag.

"She is described to be around 5ft 2 with black dyed hair and has a number of facial piercings.

"Danielle has links to the Lothian and Inverness areas.

"Anyone with information that may help us in tracing Danielle can contact Police via 101 quoting incident number 1469 of the 26th October 2024."

Terminal V Festival is described on the official website as 'an electronic music festival', with each event day including a 'fresh' lineup of various electronic music artists.

They describe the music on offer as 'underground electronic music, with a heavy focus on techno, hard techno, trance, house + more.'

The regular Terminal V Festival runs annually in April, but this event was specifically for Halloween, and was hosted at the Royal Highland Centre in the Scottish capital on Friday, 25 October and Saturday, 26 October.

On the Royal Highland Centre website, it read: "The festival will feature two main stages, a Halloween theme, and an international lineup of over 30 artists. The event will be strictly indoors, and attendees can expect high-quality production and world-class sound."

Terminal V further added on their official website: "10,000 techno lovers each night will descend upon the Scottish capital on the spookiest weekend of the year for our annual, strictly indoors, Halloween edition.

"Our re-designed Halloween 2024 concept, will see 2 huge main stages run per night amongst a Halloween themed indoor festival site."
