Earlier this week, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge released the photographs from their official Christmas card, and what a treat for us peasants, eh? We've been truly spoilt this year.
The Christmas card showed the family looking immaculate and had nans up and down the country going 'ahhh'.

The snap was shared on the official Kensington
Palace Twitter account, and was taken by Royal photographer Chris Jackson.
However, people have now spotted what appears to be a pretty big mistake with the photo and they're tying to get to the bottom of it - Kate seems to have just the one arm.
I'll be honest, I didn't look at the photo for longer than 11 seconds so I didn't notice this at first, but looking at it properly now, I can see it does look a bit strange.

And people were getting a bit freaked out about on social media. Twitter users flooded the post with comments asking where Kate's right arm, with one writing: "The more I look at this picture the more freaked out I get that you can't see Kate's other arm."
Another asked: "Has anyone seen Kate's right arm? Did she lose it somewhere?"
Is she not just grabbing his arse, though?
Apparently not, because the pair famously have a no-PDA rule, so we can assume that means no arse-grabbing during official photographs.
Another user thinks that Kate must have her arm on her husband's back, which seems like a fair assumption, but wasn't enough for social media users who started the hashtag: #WhoHasKatesArm? Still, it's all a bit of armless fun, isn't it? (Sorry.)
