Wine Company Is Looking For Someone To Drink Wine And Get Paid £250

Wine lovers, this one's for you - a company is looking for someone to taste wine from the comfort of their own home.

Vintage Roots, an organic wine seller, are offering the chance to be paid to drink 12 bottles of wine.

It could be a nice little summer earner for doing something you probably would have done anyway and it could be an interesting addition to your CV (it's marginally better than saying your only hobby is 'socialising').

So if you're into your reds, whites and rosés, you could soon have a dozen on their way to you. The best candidate for the job will get a case of Vintage Roots' Organic Everyday Case, as well as a Rosé Summer Six.

With each case containing six bottles, you'll have more than enough to keep you going through what is likely to be a much quieter summer than you're used to having.

The cases of wine will be sent straight to your doorstep, meaning you don't have to travel anywhere further than your front door.

Vintage Roots say that the employment is a one-time offer, so you will get paid the £250 once and the company won't necessarily give you any more wine tasting jobs.

The website reads: "Do you dream of spending your summer sipping wine in the garden? Do you consider yourself a wine connoisseur? If this sounds like you, we may just have the perfect job for you...

"Whether you are a red wine, white wine or rosé wine fan, Vintage Roots are looking for someone to become a professional summer wine taster, sampling and tasting the finest organic wine from the comfort of their own home all while earning £250 at the same time.

"Put your feet up with a Pinot Grigio or enjoy socially distanced Sauvignon with your friends.
"If this sounds like just the job for you, all you need to do is read our terms and conditions below, following the instructions to enter the competition via our social media channels."

To enter, simply post a photo of yourself drinking a glass of wine on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram, tagging @VintageRootsltd on Facebook and Twitter, and @VintageRootsWines on Instagram. Also, make sure you used the hashtags #summerwinetaster #comewinewithme.

You've got until 31 August to enter, and Vintage Roots will announce the winner on 4 September.

You can expected to be paid after 30 September.

Obvs, you need to be aged 18 or above to enter.
