A woman has joked that she'll never be able to return to her personal trainer after accidentally sending him a photo of herself in her underwear thanks to an awkward misunderstanding. She explains all in the clip below:
Gemma Hill (@radiogemmahill) posted a video on TikTok explaining her embarrassing blunder, writing in the caption: "How do I go back?"

Hill, who is a radio presenter at Heart West Midlands, explained how her personal trainer had suggested she took a 'before' photo to use to chart her progress.
However, she didn't realise that he meant the photo would just be for her benefit, and that he wouldn't need to see it - something that only dawned on her after she'd fired it over.
At the time, her trainer had been having dinner with his missus, who then started 'quizzing' him about who was sending him photos in her bra and pants. Ouch.
In her video, Hill said: "I got a PT and he told me to take 'before' photos in my underwear.

"He said, 'Don't [breathe] in, no good angles, just be honest.'
"So I took photos in my bra and pants and sent them to him."
Hill then shared a screengrab of their conversation, which showed that she had sent her trainer a photo of herself in just her underwear.

Her trainer politely replied: "Hey, sorry Gem I meant take photos for yourself not to send to me. So you can check out your progress."
He added a crying-with-laughter emoji to keep it light.
Hill then wrote: "OMG I'm so sorry. What a t*** I thought I was meant to send them to you. How embarrassing. I'm so sorry."

Thankfully, her trainer saw the funny side, but had just been keen to point out the misunderstanding.
"Lol no I don't ask clients to send me pictures in underwear," he clarified.
"I was eating dinner with my girl she's quizzing me who is this chick..."

Her #gymfail video has since racked up 133,000 views and thousands of likes, with many people commenting to say it had just been an 'honest mistake'.
One person wrote: "Hahahaha this has made my day."
Another said: "Omg I'm literally dying inside for you lol."
A third added kindly: "Dw I probably would've thought the same! I would have assumed the PT had a before and after board or website or smth!"
A fourth recalled a similar near-fail, commenting: "My PT told me 2 take pics but said do not send me them so I'm assuming others have before."
