A former partner of Sean 'Diddy' Combs has been testifying in court about an alleged 'love contract' she says he made her sign.

Giving evidence under the pseudonym 'Jane', she told the court that she first met the rapper in 2020 on a yacht in Miami and that they started dating in January 2021.

Jane, who first took to the stand last week, has testified that Diddy convinced her to participate in 'hotel nights' similar to the 'freak offs' other witnesses have described, where she would have to have sex with an escort while Combs watched.

Speaking on Friday (6 June), Jane said that the hotel nights had a physical impact on her and that she felt pelvic pain '100 percent of the time' afterwards.

The court heard a voice note from 2023 of the woman allegedly refusing to participate in one of these parties, and Jane described how pages of Cassie Ventura's lawsuit against Combs 'resembled my own experience' with the rapper.

Ventura previously testified about the abuse she alleges Diddy inflicted upon her.

Diddy denies the charges he is on trial for, which include racketeering and sex trafficking, but if found guilty he could go to prison for the rest of his life.

What was the 'love contract'?

The Washington Post reports that the court heard audio messages between Jane and Diddy about the 'love contract', which resulted in her being paid money in exchange for her participation in freak offs.

In one message Diddy said: "Got your contract. Find yourself a nice little spot."

In his messages to Jane discussing the 'love contract', he told her he was addicted to her, saying: "You are the crack pipe. That’s my new name for you, crack pipe. Or should I call you CP?"

In another message the court heard, Jane said: "Yay to your contract. I am dying at your voicemail. Crack pipe is so real for the both of us. It’s definitely mutual."

According to the BBC, she testified that as part of the 'love contract' Diddy paid her a monthly allowance of around $10,000 and would hold the money over her if she didn't want to participate in the hotel nights.

She moved into that house in April 2023, and when asked who was paying the rent on the property now she said 'Sean'.

What has Jane said about the contract?

She told the court that it had been a 'harrowing' agreement that turned out to be 'coercive'.

Jane claimed to the court that when she confronted Diddy about him seeing another woman during the course of their relationship, things got violent and he chased her through her house, giving her bruises and a black eye.

She alleges that he pinned her down and had his other girlfriend insult her through a phone, then told her to put ice on the injuries he inflicted on her then dress in lingerie and take ecstasy so she could have sex with an adult star he had invited to a freak off.

The court saw texts between the pair in which Jane told Diddy he had been 'making things feel completely transactional lately'.

Per CNN, she also alleged that Combs threatened her by mentioning 'in so many ways' that he was paying for the roof over her head.

Another thing she said Diddy paid for besides her rent was veneers, explaining that he 'didn't like her teeth'.

Another text the court saw was from Combs after Jane told him she hadn't seen him outside of a hotel room for a long time, with the rapper saying: "Well get over it please. Look at the roof over your head and that pretty smile. I don’t want to do anything if that’s still an issue."

The trial continues.
