A woman has hit back after social media users labeled a viral video of her husband and nanny dancing 'unsettling'. You can judge for yourself below:

Rachel shared the video on TikTok last week but was met with a slew of comments from people warning her the behaviour was a 'red flag'.

In the clip, which Rachel shared alongside the caption 'the nanny-dad content no one asked for', her husband Andrew can be seen lifting up nanny Lizzie by the waist.

At one point as they attempt the Dirty Dancing-style lift, Rachel can be heard to say: "You touched her boobs!"

Andrew replies: "I know, I know."

The video was met with some criticism online, with one person commenting: "The fact that they were both insanely comfortable doing this is unsettling."

While another wrote: "What they're doing doesn't even look fun. They just like touching each other."

However Rachel has defended the 'innocent' video and explained that Lizzie is 'like family' to the couple.

In a follow-up video, Rachel said she and her husband met Lizzie while she was working at the daycare centre their eldest son attended.

She said: "She was always the nicest, the sweetest. She would send pictures all day, and we would talk all day.

"She wasn't like the other people that worked there, and I wasn't like the other mums. We were, like, friends."

When the pandemic struck, the couple asked Lizzie to move in to help out with childcare while Rachel went to work and Andrew worked from home.

Now that Andrew is back at work, he and Lizzie rarely see each other.

Rachel added: "On the rare occasion she does see him, they're so happy to see each other, because she's like our little sister.

"We love her to death.

"She's really goofy and weird and we can joke around and mess with her, and vice versa."

Hitting back at those who attempted to insult Lizzie, Rachel said: "Stop attacking her. She's an angel. She's a godsend to our family and people are attacking her like she's some sort of s***."
