CCTV reveals new details as Brit, 23, faces death by firing squad in Dubai
New evidence has emerged in the case of a TikToker facing the death penalty in Dubai.
Brooke George is currently being held in the Emirate's notorious Bur Dubai prison as she awaits trial over the death of fellow British national William Treeby, who died after sustaining a single stab wound on 21 June.
George doesn't deny stabbing Treeby, but claims that she had done so in self-defence after he assaulted her at his apartment.
According to a new update from The Sun, CCTV footage showing George with Treeby on the night of his death has been released alongside a toxicology report and witness statements.

Surveilance footage shows the 23-year-old arriving at McCafferty’s in Dubai's Jumeirah Village Circle with Treeby and a friend on 21 June just after 3pm. Footage shows that the group remained there for several hours before leaving the resturaunt at around 8pm.
New evidence as also revealed that Treeby had pending drug charges in the UK. The 26-year-old, who'd been living in the UAE under the alias 'Kaspars Aglitis' was wanted in the UK to face charges of conspiracy to supply cocaine in Kent.
Reports suggest Treeby was 'heavily intoxicated' at the time of his death
Toxicology results shared by advocacy group Detained in Dubai revealed that Treeby had a blood alcohol concentration (BAC) of 188mg/dL, or approximately 0.19 percent.
Anything above 0.16 percent BAC is considered to be 'heavily intoxicated', with UAE investigators concluding that Treeby was likely 'awareness, perception and reactions'.
Files obtained by The Sun also allege that Treeby had punched George in the face at some point that evening. This is supported by eye-witness statements, which claim that Treeby had punched her on the way home from the bar, as well as evidence of bruising around her left eye.
Treeby is also said to have been 'agitated' and 'angry' at one point, needing to be calmed by a friend.
"This is not a case where Brooke denies causing the fatal injury," Radha Stirling, chief executive of Detained in Dubai, told the outlet. "The question is why it happened and whether she was defending herself.
"The prosecution’s own evidence confirms that Treeby was heavily intoxicated, had punched Brooke shortly beforehand, was angry and agitated, and had thrown her belongings throughout the villa."
She continued: "She is now facing a potential death sentence and it is imperative that her allegations of violence and her account of self defence receive the most rigorous examination before any irreversible judgment is made."
George has also had a court date confirmed, with the former retail worker set to go before a judge on 2 September. Stirling previously told LADbible that George was 'struggling' with the pace at which her case was moving.
"She’s used to having company and is feeling the effects of isolation," Stirling added.
If found guilty of murder, George faces the death penalty.
The death penalty for murder in UAE explained
The maximum sentence for premeditated murder in UAE is either life imprisonment or execution by firing squad.
The death penalty can also be applied to crimes of espionage, treason, perjury and drug trafficking in the country. However, it is rarely carried out.
Under Islamic law, the victim's family can request the death penalty if it's proven the murder was planned, or related to another crime.
Alternatively, the family can waive their right to the death penalty, and the accused will serve a minimum of seven years in prison.
The victim's family can also demand blood money, or diya, instead of a death sentence.
