Modelling scout Daniel Siad named 1,000 times in Epstein files found dead

A French modelling scout whose name appeared hundreds of time in the files related to Jeffrey Epstein has been found dead.

Prosecutors announced that Daniel Siad - who was under investigation for allegedly aiding the disgraced financier's abuse of women - was discovered at his home near Paris.

The Nanterre prosecutor's office announced the news about the 69-year-old's death on Wednesday, according to Le Monde.

A brief statement said: "An investigation to determine the cause of death was opened on Monday evening following the discovery."

Siad's name cropped up in the documents that were released by the US Department of Justice more than 1,000 times.

Thousands of files were shared which included information relating to investigations into convicted sex offender Epstein.

A number of famous faces featured in the documents alongside US President Trump, such as the likes of Kevin Spacey, Bill Clinton, Michael Jackson and Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor.

In one email exchange, Siad sickeningly compared his ability to procure women to going fishing while conversing with Epstein.

The correspondence sent in 2014 to Epstein read: "In This busyness [sic] I feel like fisherman some time I cache quick, some time no fish."

The modelling scout later claimed that Epstein had 'taken advantage of his trust'.
