A comedian was left cowering in the corner of a stage after a dad took a strong dislike to a controversial joke he made.
Spanish stand-up star Jaime Caravaca got quite the thump from Alberto Pugilato after he allegedly made 'sexualising comments' about his three-month-old son.
The crowd at the comedy show in Alicante were expecting a night full of belly laughs, but ended up bagging front row seats to a showdown between the pair instead.
It all kicked off while Caravaca, who has more than 20 years experience on stage, was performing in June 2024.

All of a sudden, Pugilato appears - and shocking footage that subsequently went viral captured the moment that the dad waltzed up and punched the funnyman in the face.
The clearly bemused entertainer was heard nervously asking, 'Who are you?', as the man approached. But Pugilato, a well known far-right activist, instead let his fists do the talking.

In the clip, the dad is seen furiously telling the comedian: "Those paedophilic comments about my son... say them to my face... you piece of trash... now!"
Pugilato has since pinned the footage of this heated moment to his Instagram account, to remind people how he 'taught a lesson to all those who think they're so brave behind social media'.
And once you understand the context of the alleged beef between the two blokes, his seemingly-smarmy caption will make a bit more sense.
The on-stage scrap is said to have stemmed from a post shared online by Pugilato of him and his three-month-old, which he uploaded alongside the words: "Pride and joy."
In response, Caravaca - who's politics starkly differ from the dad's - wrote that 'no one will be able to avoid the possibility of [your son] being gay'.
He then went on to add that when the tot is older, he will become sick of 'sucking black d***'.

Those who translated the war of words that ensued between the pair in the shocking clip claim that Pugilato ripped the comedian a new one at the comedy show.
The furious father is said to have yelled: "What's up huh? What have you said? This is for the paedophilic comments he has made about my son. Will you repeat now what you said about my son?
"Huh? Piece of sh*t. Now what? What were you saying, huh? That my son was going to eat c***? He's three-months-old. Trash. Now what? Say it to my face...say it to my face now."
Turning to members of the crowd who had attempted to intervene, Pugilato apologised and further explained the reasoning behind why he had derailed the comedy show.
"I'm sorry, I'm sorry," he said. "I'm just a father who is defending his child. He has made sexualising comments about my three-month-old son."
Caravaca asked him whether they 'could talk' about the situation, but Pugilato didn't seem interested, and instead branded him a 'clown'.

Police were later called to the scene but no arrests were made, as the comedian decided against filing a complaint.
Caravaca later shared an apology on social media about the joke that left him dodging digs.
He wrote: "After what happened, what was intended to be a joke was ultimately an unfortunate and not at all appropriate comment on my part. My apologies to anyone who feels affected.
"Let's put violence aside, and leave a good world for people to grow free."
Pugilato responded to the post saying: "I accept your apology, Jaime. I defend freedom of expression in the same way that I defend the right to respond.
"I do not wish you any harm and I hope this helps others understand that children are sacred. All the best."
In another post, Pugilato added: "He has just admitted that he was wrong while the progressive showbiz tries hard to justify P-dophile comments. I forgive him and I do not wish him any harm because to rectify is wise."
