What Is Harmony Tan's Net Worth In 2022?

Harmony Tan is the breakout star of Wimbledon 2022, but what is her net worth?

Harmony Tan is a French professional tennis player who has a WTA ranking of No. 90 in Women's singles.

You may not have heard of her before this year’s Wimbledon, as she has never gone far in a grand slam tournament.

This year however, the Frenchwoman has had the dream run, defeating tennis icon Serena Williams, and home favourite Katie Boulter

The 24-year old’s successes were no fluke, she beat both comprehensively.

Tan is undoubtedly the breakout star of Wimbledon 2022, and at the young age of 24, the sky is truly the limit for her.

Harmony Tan Net Worth:

As of 2022, Harmony Tan is worth an estimated $1 million (£826,100), according to bolavip.

This wealth is the sum-total of the $908,860 she has earned in prize money through her tennis career and some undisclosed endorsement deals with sports brands.

Despite growing up in a wealthy country, the Frenchwoman did not have much help in her youth.

She credits her coach, former player Nathalie Tauziat, as one of the few people who ever believed in her:

"When I was young, they told me that I cannot be a really good player with this game, so it was really tough for me. I didn’t have some help, and financially it was really hard,” she said.

These challenging circumstances only augment the scale of Tan’s impressive victories.

Not much is known about Tan’s private life, but she is of Cambodian and Chinese descent, however she was born and grew up in Paris.

The 24 year-old studied the piano for 8 years in her youth. A grasp of rhythm has certainly carried over into her fluid tennis.

Harmony Tan is to face Amanda Anisimova in Wimbledon’s round of 16. It is certainly not one to be missed.
