Laura Woods frequently appears on our TV screens as a sports presenter working for the likes of Sky Sports and ITV Football, as well as on our radio waves for talkSPORT, so it may come as a surprise to realise the star isn’t very vocal about her personal side. But now fans of Woods want to know a little more about what goes on behind the scenes in terms of her relationships.

Laura Woods recently wowed her fans on Twitter by posting a video of herself downing a drink at the World Darts Championships for Sky Sports at Alexandra Palace, London. It turns out, her beverage of choice was just tea, but that didn’t stop the tweet from going viral on the social media platform.

Even more recently, Woods has been announced as the “first-ever” Tournament Ambassador for the Arnold Clark Cup on ITV football.

Who is Laura Woods’ partner in 2022?

It appears that Laura Woods doesn’t have a partner in 2022, and is currently single.

Woods was previously in a long-term relationship with Alex Corbisiero, a retired professional English rugby player. The pair dated for eight years before Woods ended the relationship.

The sports presenter told The Sun that the breakup was her choice: “It was my decision – it was the right one and I’ve never regretted it. We’d lived in each other’s pockets and breaking up with him felt like coming up for air.”

“The next thing for us was probably marriage and having kids. And I do want that one day – I love being in love and I love kids.”

She then went on to explain that she is now focusing on her career since her breakup: “I’ve prioritised work because I love that too and my ambitions are important to me.”

Good on her for following her dreams.
