What Is Rachael Blackmore’s Net Worth In 2022?

The Grand National is nearing closer.

In 2021, Rachael Blackmore became the first female jockey to win the Aintree race at the Grand National.

Now, as the date for the Grand National nears closer, horse-racing fans are wondering what Blackmore’s net worth is in 2022.

What is Rachael Blackmore’s net worth?

As of 2022, Rachael Blackmore has an estimated net worth of $4 million (£3 million), according to Showbiz Corner.

After graduating with an Equine Science degree from the University of Limerick, Blackmore went on to “show her promise” as she won with Stowaway Pearl in Thurles in 2011, according to KPMG

In 2015, the sportsperson began her professional career as a jockey, and eventually became the first female jockey to win the Champion Hurdle with Honeysuckle at Cheltenham Festival in 2021.

She took home the Ruby Walsh Trophy which recognises leading jockey riding at the festival.

Just weeks later, Blackmore won the Grand National on Minella Times, who she is set to compete with again this year as she defends her title.

This made her the first woman to win what is considered to be the biggest and most difficult horse race in the UK, the Aintree Grand National.

To top it all off, Blackmore is also the winner of BBC World Sport Star, RTE Sportsperson, Irish Times Sportswoman, Irish Independent Sportsperson, Her Sport Sportswoman and Horse Racing Ireland’s Racing Hero Awards.

Speaking of her success with a difference horse, A Plus Tard, she told ITV in a previous interview: “You can’t do this without the horses and being attached to Henry’s yard is just absolutely phenomenal.

“To give me this horse is unbelievable. I don’t know what to say. I’ve had so many special days. I wouldn’t swap the Grand National for anything, but this is the Gold Cup. I wish I had something better to say right now. I just can’t.”
